Fixed costs

€1.520 one-time Search & Support Fee

At DDG People, we believe in clarity. No hidden costs, no unpleasant surprises. That is why we work with a clear structure of fixed and variable costs, so you always know exactly where you stand.

Every successful match starts with a solid foundation. Our fixed fee covers the entire process of finding and integrating the right professional for your team.

    One-time fixed cost

  • Candidate Rate

    Based on experience, role and work format

  • Duration

    Based on the number of hours, days or months needed

This includes:

  • Search & selection of candidates
  • Presentation of up to three qualified professionals
  • Administration & compliance handling (DBA-proof)
  • Coordination and onboarding support
  • Ongoing evaluation and follow-up during the assignment

DDG People will handle the search, legalities and compliance, so you can focus on getting the work done

Variable costs

From hands-on junior support to experienced project leadership, our flexible model means you only pay for the level of expertise you need.

Commitment discounts

We reward long-term collaboration and predictability

  • Hourly (flexible, ad hoc)

    Standard rates starting from €65 per hour

  • Fixed hours per quarter (80+ hours/quarter)

    5% discount.

  • 6-month commitment

    10% discount.

  • 12-month commitment

    15% discount.
